Account and setup

Sellfern is a custom print-on-demand (POD) and personalized product fulfillment platform (similar to Printify or Printful) integrated with a powerful multi-channel e-commerce operating system. It supports fulfillment for standard apparel as well as custom home decor and personalized gifts like ornaments, acrylic plaques, custom lamps, tumblers, and phone cases. It brings order management, fulfillment operations, custom supplier setups, AI listing workflows, and financial reporting into one workspace.
Yes. Sellfern includes a dedicated creative workspace called Listing Studio where you can generate AI product designs, remove backgrounds, upscale artwork, and create realistic mockup sets without configuring stores or using our fulfillment features.
You can do both. While Sellfern offers built-in integrated suppliers (like Printway) for automatic print-on-demand and custom gift fulfillment, you can also register your own custom manufacturing or shipping partners under Settings → Suppliers and manually assign costs and track orders in the Ledger.
Sellfern supports Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Faire, and custom storefront workflows.
Go to Settings → Change Password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long.
Admins can go to Settings → Users to add users, assign roles, configure store access, and set page permissions.
Yes. Add stores in Settings → Stores, assign each a unique store code, and manage active status. Store selection helps consolidate and filter data across the workspace.

Orders and fulfillment

Sellfern can ingest orders through Gmail Live Sync, CSV import, and manual entry. If orders are missing, open Orders → Ingestion, use the relevant sync history or debug tools, and try a narrower date range or batch size.
Add tracking details in the Fulfillment tab. Supplier-connected workflows can also update tracking through the Sync Hub when configured.
Out of Balance shows orders where recorded totals do not match expected values. Review these orders for pricing, refunds, shipping, fees, or parser discrepancies.
Failed ingestions are source records that Sellfern could not parse into orders. Review the error context, use debug tools when available, or open the record in Manual Entry to resolve it.

Costs and analytics

Use the Ledger Cost Table to enter order-item costs and assign suppliers. Manage supplier records from Settings → Suppliers.
Net profit is calculated as Gross Profit minus Operating Expenses. Check that expenses are logged for the same date range you are analyzing.
Revenue excludes tax. Gross Profit subtracts COGS, platform fees, and refunds. Net Profit subtracts operating expenses from Gross Profit.
Sellfern automatically adds 5% VAT to recorded ad spend expenses and tracks the VAT component separately.

Listing Studio

Listing Studio uses AI to generate and improve product titles, descriptions, shop stories, and image assets. Provide clear product inputs and use high-resolution images for best results.
Credits are consumed each time you use an AI generation feature. Your available balance appears in Listing Studio.
Listing Studio outputs are intended to help create assets for your listings, but you are responsible for confirming that your inputs, generated outputs, and marketplace use comply with applicable rights, marketplace policies, and Sellfern’s terms.
