Organizations
An organization is the tenant boundary. All public API operations are scoped to the authenticated API key’s organization.
Stores
Stores represent seller channels such as Etsy shops. Stores are used for order filtering, reporting, and team access.
Orders and order items
Orders and items power fulfillment operations. If the same external Etsy order appears in multiple organizations, Sellfern stores organization-scoped records rather than mutating another organization’s data.
Products and fulfillment
Catalog and fulfillment APIs support operational automation only when the relevant endpoint is present in the V1 API Reference. Writes require explicit retry and idempotency handling.
Webhooks
Webhooks let integrations receive event notifications. Webhook management endpoints are public V1-ready only when present in the API Reference.
Operational analytics
Sellfern product analytics help users understand store and fulfillment performance inside the app. Public API analytics are available only when an analytics endpoint appears in the V1 API Reference.
Public V1 does not include expenses, margins, profit, payouts, revenue, customer financial detail, profitability analytics, internal admin, debug, cron, or non-public reporting endpoints.
