# AI Assistant

> Sellfern's built-in AI assistant for how-to help and operational lookups.

Sellfern includes a built-in AI assistant, available via the floating assistant button in the app or the **Agent** page in the sidebar. It can answer "how do I" questions and, once enabled, look up your data (orders, fulfillment, products, suppliers, analytics) through read-only tools — with optional write actions (order notes, support tickets, order status updates) that require explicit approval before they run.

  The AI assistant must be enabled and configured by an organization admin before use. If you don't see the Agent page, ask your organization's Admin.
